I was very disappointed with the communication between Handy and the professional (Andrii sp?) and me. I tried to confirm that I needed my new bed set up and the old bed taken out and hauled away. No response to my inquiries from Handy. Andrii arrived late but quickly got to work. However, he was very surprised at what we expected to be done. He was by himself and this was heavy work. He had no means to take away the old bed. He didn’t know he would need to take the new bed upstairs. Andrii did his best and did the job well - with a positive attitude. But he could have hurt himself. I blame Handy for very poor communication. I would work with Andrii again but I don’t want to go through Handy again.
