Howard was excellent!! He deserves a raise and you should give him the majority of the work! You have other “pros” on your list that are not pros! Unprofessional and rude. And they didn’t even bother to show up!! Howard was polite and went above and beyond to compete the job even though all the confusion with your company. Howard saved the day and he should be commended for it. All of your pros should be as good as he is!!!
