Frank was a great service rep! He was very friendly and obviously very experienced when it comes to hanging television sets despite claims to not having one himself. He seemed to have quite a bit of handyman experience as I was inquiring about other projects I was interested in taking on. I would definitely be happy to work with him again. He was prompt, speedy and pleasant to chat with during the install. He was a real pro! Highly recommend his work!
