Charles was very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the toilet I had ordered didn’t fit and I had to order another one. Thanks to Charles I have the correct one on special order but it won’t be delivered until at least April 1st according to Lowes. I hope Charles will be the installer when it comes in.
